Program Overview |
The Arks' Build to MinisterTM program
is a turnkey building program, in which we
will turn-key
construction for your new church building at our cost
and risk.
Are
you renting space from another church, meeting in a
hotel, storefront or warehouse, and need to
get into your own building, where you can grow and
more effectively minister?
There are many churches today that are meeting in
rented space, preaching and teaching the Word of God;
making a difference in peoples lives & in their
community. Many of these ministries have a need to
relocate, but are unable to secure the loan they need.
Even though they could make the mortgage payment,
traditional lenders often consider them too small or
too new of a ministry to provide them financing.
The
Build to Minister program provides a turn-key solution
for churches that need to build and have the
financial ability to service a reasonable loan but can’t get
traditional funding.
We will obtain the
necessary funding and build your church based on your
needs and financial ability. Once your new building is complete, you will move
into it under a lease agreement with an option to
purchase at a today's price any time within 3
years. We anticipate the church will only need to
lease the facility for 12 months to 18 months; until
such time as they can finance the purchase with a
regular loan. The sole purpose of the lease is to get
your church into your new building as soon as
possible and demonstrate to the bank your
ability to make the mortgage payment.
